For Multotec, we engineered the Wisetec system to enhance mineral processing reliability. We developed modular C++/FreeRTOS firmware for ESP32 smart sensors, enabling predictive maintenance and real-time insights.The solution features over-the-air (OTA) updates for both firmware and the custom Angular front-end. Integrated with a ThingsBoard backend, it delivers advanced telemetry normalization and robust device management, directly boosting production uptime and efficiency for their global mining clients.
